REQUEST A FRAMING ESTIMATE
Alberta Framers provides professional framing estimates for custom home, residential, and multi-unit construction projects across Alberta.
Our estimating process is designed to support construction-ready projects and deliver accurate, clearly scoped pricing based on approved drawings and engineering.

To ensure timely and reliable estimates, we focus on projects that have reached a defined stage of readiness.
IN SOME SITUATIONS, A FREE ESTIMATE MAY NOT APPLY.

About Free Framing Estimates
Alberta Framers offers free framing estimates for qualified projects where construction readiness can be confirmed.
Preparing a framing estimate requires detailed review of drawings, engineering, and scope, and this process is reserved for projects that are actively moving toward construction.
IN SOME SITUATIONS, A FREE ESTIMATE MAY NOT APPLY.
When a Free Estimate May Not Be Available
A free framing estimate may not be provided in the following cases.
1. Land Ownership Has Not Been Established
Free estimates are provided once ownership of the building site has been confirmed. An exception may be made for bondable contractors acting on behalf of a client.
2. A Building Permit Is Not in Place
We require confirmation that the project is permitted or in the final permitting stage before preparing a full framing estimate.
3. The Project Has Not Been Awarded
We do not provide free estimates for tender packages, bid requests, or projects that have not yet been awarded to a contractor or owner-builder.
Verification Requirements
To confirm project eligibility, Alberta Framers may request reasonable verification related to the construction status of the project.
This may include confirmation of land ownership, proof of contract award, or evidence of contractor bondability.

If requested verification cannot be provided, we reserve the right to decline a free estimate or limit estimate preparation.
What to Include With Your Estimate Request
Providing complete and accurate information helps us prepare an efficient and reliable estimate.
When submitting a request, include available drawings, engineering documents, project location, and anticipated construction timeline.

Clear project information allows us to assess scope accurately and respond more quickly.
